The property is in England or Wales. Social housing and most new-builds are out.
It replaces fossil-fuel or direct electric heating.
You apply through an MCS-certified installer. You do not file the voucher yourself.
£7,500 for an air-to-water, ground-source or water-source heat pump. £9,000 for an eligible off-gas air-to-water or ground-source pump until 31 March 2027. £2,500 for an air-to-air pump in a home. £5,000 for a rural biomass boiler.

0 of 4 ticked. This stays on the page. It is not an application.

Match funding

The installer deducts the grant. Budget the rest of the installation.
