Agreed before anyone pays

The check is free. The writing fee is fixed. Brokers keep a fifth.

We do not take a percentage of the grant. A client who only looks, or who files the form themselves, pays nothing.

Writing fee, by the size of the grant

Could be availableOur feeBroker keeps
Up to £10,000£450£90
£10,001 to £50,000£850£170
£50,001 to £250,000£1,450£290
Over £250,000£2,200£440

The left column is what the funder might pay. It is not guaranteed. Our fee is for the outline, paid either way, and is not taken from the grant. A Nottingham hospitality business writing a grant of up to £10,000 pays £450. If an accountant introduced them, the accountant keeps £90. The business does not pay that on top.

What the fee buys

  • One scheme, one outline, built from the brief and the rules.
  • The evidence list, match funding and the budget lines to fill.
  • A receipt with the fee locked before work starts.
  • The funder link. In the live service a writer files it. This build stops at the outline.

What we will not charge

A percentage of the grant
Never. The award, if it comes, is the client’s.
A fee to look, or to open the official form
The check and the funder link stay free.
A higher price because a broker sent you
Their fifth comes out of the fee, not on top of it.
How the card is taken
Stripe takes the writing fee and the £15 watch. The price on this page is the price. The grant, if it is awarded, is still entirely yours.
