Are the COVID business grants still open?
No. The COVID grant schemes for businesses, including the Small Business Grant Fund, the Restart Grant and the Omicron support, are closed. They were paid in 2020, 2021 and early 2022. A webpage that still describes them in the present tense is out of date. Look only at schemes with a live round.

Can I claim one retrospectively?
No. Those windows shut. A council will not reopen them because the business is still struggling.
