What grants can a farm in England get?
Farm grants are a set of named schemes, not one fund called 'farm grant'. Equipment, slurry, woodland and environmental work each have their own window, and several of those windows close for months at a time. A scheme in this catalogue is only a lead. The Rural Payments service and the scheme page are where the rules live.

Is the Farming Equipment and Technology Fund open?
Only when that page says a window is open. A closed window in the catalogue means do not pay anyone to write it until Defra opens another.
Do Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland use the same schemes?
No. Rural payments are devolved. A page about England is the wrong form for a farm in another nation.

If you want the application written, the fee is fixed and shown before you pay: £450, £850, £1,450 or £2,200, set by the size of the award. Every Grant does not take a percentage of the grant, does not file the form, and is not part of GOV.UK. Confirm every scheme on the funder's own site.
