Can I appeal if a grant is refused?
Only if that funder offers a review, and only on the grounds they publish. Many competitions say the decision is final. Asking for feedback is reasonable. Sending the same form again to the same closed round is not an appeal. A new round, if one opens, is a new application.

Will Find Grants argue with the funder?
No. We do not correspond with funders and we do not know their score sheets. The useful question is whether you were eligible at all.
