What grants can a care business get?
A care home, a nursery or a clinic is a business at a postcode, plus whatever the health and care briefs happen to have open. There is no standing grant for care fees or staff wages. Innovation competitions sometimes invite health technology. A Disabled Facilities Grant is for a person's home, not for fitting out a care business. Read the applicant line before you spend time on the form.

Will the council fund private care places?
That is commissioning, a contract for a service, not a grant. The council's adult-social-care pages are the place to look, and they are not this catalogue.
