Can a landlord get a grant?
A landlord is not eligible for business grants just by owning a house. Some home-energy schemes allow a private rented home if the tenant's household qualifies, and the Disabled Facilities Grant can be applied for so a disabled tenant can stay. The landlord does not receive a lump sum to refurbish the property for the next let.

Who do I apply to?
The council, for the address, using the scheme's own form. Find Grants can show the catalogue row. It does not assess the tenant or instruct the builder.
